Ben is an honest and reliable tradesman. His work ethic is professional and he does the job to his best. I have often asked for a quote before Ben actually gets any of the parts etc (just so i know what I'm up against in terms of cost) and Ben has always obliged and been very close to his quote give or take additional parts' costs.
